An upgrade to the JNR Series; featuring faster 4G connection in replacement to the basic GSM 2G connectivity available on the earlier versions. In addition to featuring a better connection module, the JNX 2.0 has also been fitted with a 0.3Mega Pixel camera which enables for video calls between you and your child.
If the JNX is a versatile and durable product, the JNX 2.0 is even more robust, taking everything great about the earlier JNRs and making it 4x better. The device has been upgraded to allow 3-dimensional Tracking, which delivers a more accurate location data to the Application on your phone. This 3 Dimensional Tracking makes use of; GPS, A-GPS and Wifi localisation, all at once.
It is compatible with both Android & iOS devices, but does not need a smart phone to function. It is unlocked and therefore compatible with both Contract or PAYG Nano Sim cards from any network (Except Virtual providers or MVNOs).
A sim card isn't required to get the watch working, but for most of it's functions e.g. location tracking or making/receiving phone calls, a sim card is required (Any network, in any part of the world).
