And, our "Silk Road' series of necklaces are meant to be touched. The pearls move freely on the 42 cm to 45 cm necklace. You can move the pearls, cluster them together, or set them apart. The natural elasticity of the gold mesh holds the pearls in place so that don't slide.  

The necklace is crafted from 18K gold, Italian gold mesh.  The elasticity of the mesh makes the necklace length 42 cm when pearls are distributed around it, and 45 cm if the pearls are clustered together in front.

We hand-select the pearls in Japan and string each necklace in our studio.
